Return/Exchange Policy

Return Policy: All non-personalized products and unworn/unused clothing/handbags and all other items (with the exception of doggie clothes) may be returned within 10 days of receipt for refund. We must be notified of the return within 48 hours of receipt and before it is shipped back to us. Also: any return or exchange must be returned to us postage paid with a tracking number and copy of receipt before we can exchange or refund for that item.

Exchanges: If for some reason you need to exchange an item we will exchange all non-personalized products and unworn/unused clothing and handbags within 10 days of receipt, if we have the 'exchanged for' item in stock at the time of the request. Please include a copy of your receipt or reference the order number on the receipt.

Please email us at cathy@doxieholic.com and explain what you would like to do, at that time we can tell you if we have the desired item in stock, before you send item(s) back for an exchange.

In the event of an exchange, a partial refund or a new invoice (with adjusted difference in price) will be emailed to you, depending on whether the item is lesser than or greater than the exchanged item. The difference (if greater) must be paid BEFORE we can ship. Also: any return or exchange must be returned to us postage paid with a tracking number before we can exchange or refund for that item.

The same as with our sales, we can not refund shipping by or to us. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Unless a shipment was an error by us and you were sent a wrong item, then we will gladly correct the mistake and pay all the shipping charges to reship the correct item (plus,the returned postage and tracking number expense) for the returned wrong item. We hope this kind of mistake never happens!

We try hard to describe all of our merchandise, that includes pictures, sizes (where appropriate) and descriptions. Please read all of the descriptions and note the colors and sizes that are available. If you have any questions about an item, please email us before you place your order.

All returned item(s) for refund/exchange must be in the new condition it/they were received in and include a note explaining the reason for return or desired exchange. Please reference your sales receipt number and return (prepaid by buyer in its original packaging, tags, and with a tracking number)
